Virtual Lemonade Stand
Hosting a classic lemonade stand is awesome, but everyone you know might not be able to come. Stand materials, lemons, and pitchers can also be tough to assemble. Rather than letting a physical stand potentially go sour, let SGS build a Virtual Lemonade Stand, featuring you! Facebook is a great online fundraising tool that recognizes SGS as a beneficiary in its system. It also gives you the power to customize, edit, and monitor your online fundraiser from anywhere you’d like.
Free Dress Day
If your school requires uniforms to be worn, this clever fundraising idea can allow students to express their creativity through fashion. In exchange for a donation of at least $1, students will be allowed to wear an outfit of their choice on a designated day, called Free Dress Day.
Dog Wash Day
Spending a day with dogs could easily become the highlight of your week. You could arrange for a dog wash day by encouraging those in the community to bring their pooches to a school parking lot (or even your driveway) on a set day. From there, Fido will get a clean bath in exchange for a donation. Sounds like a bone-licking good deal!
Kids Philanthropy Zone: Here’s the Deal
As a kid, you’re always looking for new ways to be awesome and inspire others. At SGS, we want to give you all the tools to do just that – and in the process, empower you to help other kids who could use someone awesome by their side.
With our Be Awesome Program, we’ll help you raise money and make a real difference by doing the things you already love using your computer to create cool invitations, talking to your friends and family about whatever interests you, and throwing the best parties on the block. The Be Awesome Program is all about harnessing your goodness and kindness to help others in need.
Every $25 you raise lets us put a Servya Comfort Dream Bag into the arms of a homeless child. That money will help us put together a tote bag filled with an awesome blanket, book, and stuffed animal for a child living in a shelter.Ready to get started? We’ve got some awesome ideas

We ask people to imagine a young child toting a blanket. Ideally, blankets should be “crib size” or smaller. The blanket needs to be compact enough to nestle aside a stuffed animal and a book in our canvas tote bag. Frequent blanket dimensions are 40×50 or 50×60, but we are happy to receive smaller blankets and lovies.
Do you accept used or handmade blankets?
No. Servya Global accepts only new blankets for sanitary reasons.
What books should I use?
We serve children 0-12 years old. Feel free to use books from board books through early chapter books. We ask for NO HEAVY bound books.
Do you accept gently used stuffed animals and books?
No. Servya Global will only accept new items. This just provides a child with a clean and sanitized item. Please remember, the children whom we serve rarely, if ever, receive new items. Our goal is for them to feel special and loved. New products are the best way to ensure success.
What are the size guidelines for the stuffed animals?
The stuffed animals should be no larger than 18” to properly fit inside of our tote bag. The ideal stuffed animals would be “snuggle size”. Please do not use tiny stuffed animals. It isn’t fair if some children receive full-sized stuffed animals while others receive only “mini” ones.
Can we send you additional items for your Servya Comfort Dream Bags?
This is up to you! We know that the children recipients would appreciate any new items that fit into our night-time comfort theme! Volunteers have provided us with toothbrushes, toothpaste, or warm socks. We ask that you reach out in advance to see if we can accept your donation that may be outside of our core product: blanket, book, stuffed animal.
